Refund & Cancellation policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for any product or service purchased through the Platform.
1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellations will not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and the shipping process has been initiated or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep.
2. Damaged / Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- The issue will be verified by the La Rosealle (OPC) Private Limited, and if approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
3. Product Not as Expected
- If you believe the product you received does not match the description or your expectations, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- After reviewing your complaint, our customer service team will determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests will be accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days after processing and may take an additional 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Replacements are subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refund Timeframe
Incase you have cancelled your order before dispatch, you will get a refund within 5-7 business days on the same mode of payment.
Once a refund is approved by La Rosealle (OPC) Private Limited, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
