Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Only items found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement through exchange.

Certain categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable, and such exceptions will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.


2. Return / Exchange Process

Once your return or exchange request is received and the item is inspected by our team:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item.
  • If the item passes our quality check, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as per our policy.
  • In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 3–5 business days.

b. Refund Credit Timeframe

The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
