Shipping Policy 

1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post speed post services only.

2. Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of shipping, subject to the courier company/post office service norms and destination location.

4. Delivery Responsibility

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Confirmation of service delivery (if applicable) will be sent to the registered email address.

5. Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable) are non-refundable.
